Next Gen

Our future strengths rely on the foundations and teachings we offer the Next Generation.
We believe in giving children and teens (Next Gen) the opportunity to truly discover who they are
and how they can change the world by just showing up in all their own natural strength and personal power.
We offer empowerment programs, classes and workshops that combine
nature, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, art and journalizing, in super fun and play-filled ways.
Breath of Freedom is dedicated to inspiring and empowering the minds, bodies, and spirits of the Next Gen!
